Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Miqat, a public flight and hotel comparison service for Umrah travelers. You do not need an account to search. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Miqat does not process bookings

Miqat does not accept payments, reserve rooms or seats, issue tickets, manage reservations, or handle cancellations or refunds. When verified booking links become available, you will leave Miqat and complete the transaction with the external provider under that provider's terms.

1. Search and comparison

Miqat lets you search and compare travel information supplied by external providers. Flight routes may include any destination supported by the connected flight provider. Hotel discovery begins with Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah and may expand. Miqat does not scrape Booking.com, Agoda, or other hotel sites.

2. Availability, prices, and provider terms

Travel prices, schedules, availability, ratings, amenities, and policies can change. The external provider is responsible for the final offer, booking, payment, confirmation, and travel service. Review the provider's final price and terms before purchasing.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Miqat may earn a commission when you follow a clearly identified booking link and purchase from an external provider. This does not authorize Miqat to invent listings, prices, reviews, distances, or affiliate destinations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract provider data.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Interfere with the site or use it for an unlawful purpose.
  • Misrepresent Miqat search results as a confirmed reservation.

5. Intellectual property and product status

The Miqat name, logo, and site design belong to Miqat. Provider data and marks belong to their respective owners. Features may change before launch, and hotel inventory and booking links are not currently available.

6. Legal review and contact

Final warranty, liability, consumer-protection, travel-seller, and affiliate terms require qualified legal review before commercial launch. Questions may be sent to support@miqat.flights.
